Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your RestroWeb subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically, but you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. Refunds

Since RestroWeb offers a 14-day free trial for users to evaluate our platform, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments once processed.

In case of a double-charge or billing error caused by our payment gateway, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at mohammaddhukka100@gmail.com. Genuine billing errors will be refunded within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
